If you take advantage of our Managed Servers package, we will be keeping tabs on your server. We have developed a special monitoring and notification tool, which will alert our administrators automatically as soon as anything bad happens with your server. They will then look into the nature of the problem.

Backup Space

Keeping a backup of your website is really hard when you have to do it yourself. You’ll need to find a place for your backups – if possible on a separate physical machine; you will need to create backups; you will need to check up if everything is working. We offer a very simple resolution. Our Managed Servers package offers you 50 GB of disk space on one of our secure backup servers. And we can assist you with the backups. And due to the fact that all the servers are part of the very same network, the backups will be made as quickly as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

In case there is a specific service or web application that you want to set up on your dedicated server, but you have no idea how to do it right, or if you run into chronic troubles configuring everything yourself, we offer you a solution. Our Managed Servers package includes installation and troubleshooting tasks, meaning that you will have the full and undivided attention of our sysadmins for 30 minutes – more than enough time for them to determine the issue at hand and make things right. And you may also use that time to ask them to help you with any other server–connected problems you are having.
